CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
The return/replacement of products is accepted by our store within 14 calendar days from the date of shipment of the product.
In order for us to accept the return/replacement, the products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Also necessary is the receipt and the BRAND label or any accompanying packaging with which the products were sent (e.g. shoe box).
The return parcel until it reaches us is your responsibility if it is lost or damaged in any way and also like the return product it must be in its original condition (no tag removed, no washing, no alteration).
In case you want to replace a product we will send you the new product immediately upon receipt of the return. It is good to know that the return process takes 1-3 working days as all returned products undergo quality control.
You can NOT replace or return a product purchased from our online store to our physical store without first informing us by phone at 2374022688 or online at INFO@CRYSTALCLOTHING.GR
ACCESSORIES cannot be changed OR returned for hygiene reasons.
COST
The return costs are borne by the customer and include the cost of the return with the same transport company with which the shipment was made and the cost of shipping the order. Therefore, the money that will be refunded is the total value of the products purchased and not the total cost of the order.
On the contrary, the cost of transport for product replacement is borne by us!
If you receive your order with a defective product, we undertake to replace it without any charge.
RETURN OF MONEY
The cost of returning the products is your responsibility unless you are due to an error on our part. Upon receipt of the parcel we check if the product is in its original condition and within 14 calendar days the money is returned to your account.
We would like to inform you that refunds are made through ALPHA BANK.
If you have another bank, the transaction costs are shared by both parties.
